On August 12, 2026, Galicia will witness one of the most breathtaking natural phenomena of the century. And you’ll be able to watch it from the ocean.
When the Moon completely covers the Sun, day will turn into a deep sunset. The sky will glow with impossible hues and the light will fade away as if someone flipped a giant switch.
After a few minutes of total darkness, the light will return… only to fade again in a second dimming. A double sequence that only happens during total eclipses, experienced at sea away from distractions.
Why experience it from the sea?
Because the ocean offers the cleanest and widest horizon possible. No buildings, no street lights, no light pollution. Just sky and water.
At sea, the eclipse is felt viscerally: the temperature drops, the wind shifts and the surroundings fall silent. It’s an experience like no other.

The voyage
We’ll depart from A Coruña heading to the optimal spot in the Atlantic to witness the eclipse. There we’ll experience the phenomenon in perfect conditions to observe the solar corona and the total darkening of the sky.
We’ll return to port after the second dimming, completing an experience as exciting as it is exclusive.
